    Very nice people. All 4 of our cats got sick with a respiratory infection and the vet closest to us couldn't get us in until friday and the day we called for an appointment was on tuesday. We knew that there was another vet not too far from us and we cancelled our appointment there and we rushed our most elderly cat, Punkin ( tortoiseshell[ tortoiseshell cats do NOT have white in them] girl cat with a flame colored stripe on nose and green eyes) , who was 16 ½ , to the animal house. They said that they could get us in later on that day like within 4 hours.( instead of 3 DAYS later) When we got her in, my aunt (who was visiting us) came in with our 3 other cats, Cookie ( black and white boy cat who was 7 ½ years old and green eyes) , Jammers ( fat, all black girl cat with triangle head , and pale green eyes who was 3 ½ years old) and Pepsi( all black boy cat except for a few white hairs on belly and 11 months old) and they all got shots. Cookie also had a little accident and they said that it was no big deal. About 2 weeks later Punkin was taken back because she would not get better. They said that she was too old to fully recover and they said that the best thing to do was put her down. They were very compassionate about it and now her ashes are in a decorative tin and we got a clay paw print before she was cremated. The other 3 cats have fully recovered and are thriving.
